That's right, Bill! But really, why do we even need the legislative branch there muddling up the process? Dubya has done a pretty good job of making it clear that he doesn't have to listen to them, either! -

That's true, Mr. Shib. The only thing Congress does now anyways is give themselves payraises, harumph about nonissues (i.e. flag burning amendments), and rubber stamp whatever Rove/Cheney tells them to. So, I think getting rid of the judiciary and legislative branches and going to a psycho-conservative theological dictatorial government would really cut down on this nonsense. I mean really what were those powder-wig wearing free thinkers pondering when they wrote that silly constitution?!! -
